Contracting – Brabant Wallon The department is divided into three areas: production (aseptic filling and post-sterilizable products), visual inspection, and engineering. The team sits between these areas, focusing on compliance, HSE, and Operational Excellence. Regular field presence to understand production constraints and processes. Participation in daily rotations to respond quickly to issues. Handling deviations: 40% information gathering, 60% writing. Daily meetings: 08:30 with team leads, 10:30 team sync, 11:30 QA. May be involved in implementing CAPAs and internal Change Controls. Collaboration with team leads, QA, technical services, etc. Goal: close 2 deviations per week / 8 per month. Minimum 3 years of experience Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's with more experience. Fluent in French, English required for reading documentation. Strong critical thinking, autonomy, and writing skills. Scientific background, ideally with aseptic environment experience. Familiarity with Annex 1 (at least read and understood). Ability to challenge QA requests and suggest improvements. Nice to Have: Knowledge of aseptic flows and zone interventions. Ability to simplify processes and be pragmatic.
