Agile product owner (KYC)brWe are looking for an Agile Product Owner with expertise in KYC (Know Your Customer) to support regulatory and digital transformation initiatives. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, you will ensure that business requirements are translated into clear, value-driven solutions aligned with compliance needs.brResponsibilitiesbrDefine, prioritize, and manage the Product Backlog according to business and regulatory priorities.brBuild and maintain a clear product vision in line with strategic objectives.brWrite user stories and ensure full understanding by the development team.brActively participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives).brTake ownership of decisions, arbitrating priorities to maximize business value.brEnsure functional consistency and the quality of deliverables.brCollaborate closely with business, IT, and compliance teams to integrate KYC requirements.brRequired experience / knowledgebrMinimum 2 years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment.brStrong knowledge of banking/financial services with proven KYC / AML expertise.brPrevious experience in regulatory or transformation projects.brSolid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.brExperience with budget management and project follow-up.brSoft skillsbrStrategic mindset with the ability to keep a helicopter view.brStrong analytical and structured thinking.brPersuasive communication and stakeholder management skills.brQuality-oriented and detail-minded.brGoal-driven and adaptable to change.brNatural leadership and team spirit.brLanguagesbrFluent in English.brKnowledge of French or Dutch is an asset.brInterested or know someone who might be a fit?
