Job Description

As a Data Solutions Lead, you will be responsible for managing and developing our data management capabilities. This involves overseeing the operations of our technical data services, aligning business needs with technical implementation, and promoting a data management culture within the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data products, data lineage, and data quality, as well as experience in delivering data governance and management projects. They will also possess excellent communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a roadmap for data management capabilities
• Act as a liaison between Data Office, other DT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of business needs with technical implementation
• Promote a data management culture through awareness, training, and communication
• Support tool adoption by training users and promoting best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Master's degree in Computer Sciences, Business Engineering, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in delivering data governance or management projects
• Solid understanding of data concepts, including data products, data lineage, and data quality
• Experience with technology solution operations and management of external resources and contributors
• Collibra Ranger certification is a plus, but willingness to obtain certification is required
