Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Project Engineer located in Beringen. The Project Engineer will interact with customers and collaborate within the engineering team to develop a through understanding of our clients requirements, develop solutions to propose within the capabilities of our technology, work with the client to satisfy the need of the applications and understand the benefits as well as following through with producing and implementation.

Qualifications

• Technical Support and calculation intelligence
• technology improvement creativity
• Chemical Engineering skills for the gas behavior in different systems, compatibility of materials and description of the process impact of our solutions
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in environmental technologies or related fields is a plus
• Client applications methodology and performance measurement skills

Job description

Position: Lead Project Engineer Bluefil.

A talented and motivated engineer ready to take on a key role within our organization. In this position, you will have the unique opportunity to help build the Bluefil footprint in the international business community. You will work within the engineering department to service customer needs and solve project requests effciiently.

Main responsibilities:

· Improve the application and performance database to support ability to serve the market

· Improve the technological backbone of our solutions in cooperation with other specialists

· Support the team with engineering calculations and solution design

· Perform performance analysis and use case reporting to support strategic management.

· Help develop new markets through expanding applications beyond historical ones

· Collaborate closely with different departments within the organization.

Profile:

· Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering.

· 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.

· Strong analytical and numerical skills.

· Strong work ethic.

· Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.

· Results-driven.

· Ideal language skills: Dutch, English, and French.
