Key Responsibilities
- Manage various public affairs projects, including stakeholder management, outreach plans, and storytelling initiatives.
- Draft stakeholder and policy briefings to support engagement and decision-making.
- Coordinate and organize events, missions, and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide operational support, including database management, activity reporting, monitoring, and controls.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
- Contribute to public affairs strategies that strengthen relationships with key partners and policymakers.
Experience & Knowledge Required
- Education: Master’s degree or equivalent through experience.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of proven experience in Public Affairs or related fields.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong command of MS Office, digital tools, and social media.
- Preferable: knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Business Expertise:
- Proven experience in project management and event management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent time management and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Proactive, open-minded, and result-driven approach with a sense of ownership.
- Highly organized, precise, and structured, with strong attention to detail.
- Languages: Excellent written and spoken communication in Dutch, French, and English.
