About the Role
We are looking for a strong, hands-on Senior Software Developer to join our team and hit the ground running. If you are passionate about building robust, scalable systems that have a real-world impact on patient health, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do
As a core member of our development team, you will be instrumental in building the software that powers our innovative medical device. You will:
- Architect and Develop:
  Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs using Python. - Own the Pipeline:
  Implement and manage our CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth, automated, and reliable deployments. You'll be a key driver of our DevOps culture, focusing on infrastructure as code (IaC), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure. - Ensure Quality:
  Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. You will champion best practices and collaborate on code reviews to maintain the highest standards, which are critical in the medical device space. - Collaborate & Innovate:
  Work closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and clinical experts to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions. - Bridge the Gap (Bonus):
  If you have front-end skills, you may contribute to building intuitive user interfaces that our clinical users will love. 
What You'll Bring
- Senior-Level Python Expertise:
  You have extensive professional experience building complex applications with Python and its ecosystem (e.g., FastAPI, Django, Flask). - Strong Backend Foundation:
  Deep understanding of API design (REST, GraphQL), microservices architecture, and experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB). - DevOps Mindset:
  Proven experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), containerization with
  Docker
  and orchestration with
  Kubernetes
  , and cloud platforms (
  AWS, GCP, or Azure
  ). - Problem-Solving Skills:
  An ability to tackle complex technical challenges independently and a drive to find the best possible solution. - Team Player:
  Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can both lead and learn. 
Huge Pluses 
- Front-End Experience:
  Proficiency with a modern JavaScript framework like
  React, Vue, or Angular
  . - Healthcare/MedTech Background:
  Previous experience working on medical devices, in a regulated environment (e.g., ISO 13485, IEC 62304), or with healthcare data standards (e.g., DICOM, HL7) is a massive advantage.
