Required Skills & Experience

Education:
Bachelor in Economics, Law, Finance, or equivalent banking experience.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year in a
banking, risk, or legal environment
(credits/collateral is a plus).
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of
legal loan documentation
(LMA models).
Familiarity with
credit analysis and collateral/security structures
.
Proficient in
MS Word & Excel
.
Comfortable reconciling figures and working with extensive documentation.
Soft Skills:
Rigorous, detail-oriented, process-driven, organized, proactive, good communicator, team player, and capable of working independently after onboarding.
