Description

  • Establish contact with customers to propose credit card limit increases;
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company;
  • Convince and guide customers by providing clear and accurate information;
  • Ensure that contracts signed by customers are returned on time;
  • Adhere strictly to required legal scripts;
  • Keep customers informed according to established procedures, answer their questions and provide them with necessary information.

Profile

  • Has CESS;
  • Preferably 6 months experience in a call center;
  • Proven commercial skills;
  • Displays a business and results-oriented mentality;
  • Excellent oral communication skills;
  • Master the art of telephone conversation;
  • Demonstrates strong active listening skills;
  • Is attentive to customer needs and responds appropriately;
  • Behaves with a high level of professionalism in all circumstances;
  • Has the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously with efficiency;
  • Demonstrates resistance to stress in a dynamic environment.

Offer
