Position Overview:

• Second-line support for business investment applications (managed in the squad Invest & Insurance APS)
• Coordinate production deployments (creation of runbooks + follow-up during the complete deployment).
• Responsible for monitoring/documentation/life cycle management of these environments and participation in a correct H20 (Handover to Operations).
• Being flexible and ready to work outside normal business hours (on-call turn roll 7/7 24/24) is mandatory for this mission
• You need to be eager to build an all-round view of the IT environment; the team will assist you in this.

What you'll do:

• Provide technical and functional support to users
• Supervise the technical and functional components of the application Orchestrate and manage the various releases on its perimeter
• Create and enrich the application's document repository.
• Maintain operating procedures
• Analyze, measure and improve the performance of the technical and functional components of the application to improve the user experience
• Achieve technical integration of applications by leveraging existing products and services to reduce implementation time
• Manage requests for functional evolutions

What you bring:

Mandatory

• You can understand technical and complex architecture design documents
• A good knowledge & comprehension of network components (FW, LB)
• A good knowledge & comprehension of network protocols TCP, HTTP, TLS,… is a plus
• You have strong analytical thinking skills.
• You have an overall IT knowledge (Wintel, Unix & Linux environment)
• ITIL knowledge
• Unix and/or Windows scripting or a least one language like Python.
• Knowledge of control-M
