The huge amount of data that's generated and shared within and across organisations is increasingly valuable to businesses and to skilled cyber criminals. Your impact

As a
Senior IAM Consultant
you'll make an impact by:

Executing a broad range of projects tailored to your developing expertise, such as:

• Collaborate with Global Partners

: Work with products from esteemed partners like SailPoint, Okta, and Microsoft to leverage their advanced capabilities in delivering comprehensive IAM solutions.
- Develop IAM Architectures

: Assess client requirements and design tailored IAM frameworks, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems for enhanced security and compliance.
- Mentor Junior Technical Staff

: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, sharing knowledge to foster skill development and encourage growth in a collaborative environment.
- Create Future-proof Playbooks

: Develop strategic guides that outline best practices and innovative strategies, helping clients adapt to evolving technological landscapes and security threats.
- Enhance Client IAM Capabilities

: Strengthen clients' IAM systems to improve their security posture and prepare them to navigate modern identity management complexities

About You

• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in one of the following fields: Cybersecurity, Information Technology, IT Management, Engineering (civil or business), Mathematics, (Applied) Economics, or Business Studies.
• You have at least
  5 years of relevant experience
  in the field of IAM.
• You have
  hands-on experience
  with one or more IAM tools such as
  SailPoint
  ,
  Ping Identity
  ,
  Microsoft Entra
  , or
  Okta
  .
• You are familiar with common IAM concepts like
  RBAC
  ,
  ABAC
  ,
  OIDC
  ,
  PKI
  , and similar frameworks.
• You bring
  proven cybersecurity experience
  and ideally hold certifications such as
  CISSP
  or similar.
• You are fluent in
  Dutch
  and have
  professional proficiency
  in both written and spoken
  English
  .
