Role Description

Ecostal has engaged in a widescale transformation with Odoo and core intercompany ERP. As part of the transformation & IT team, the position is central to ensure the quality and stability of the ERP processes in our continuous "template roll-out" stategy.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Odoo Support Officer located in Soumagne. The Senior Odoo Support Officer will be responsible for providing technical support, addressing customer service inquiries, and troubleshooting issues related to the Odoo software (mainly for the logistics modules). Day-to-day tasks will include resolving technical problems, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with other team members to enhance overall service quality. Some travels abroad might be required.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Effective Analytical Skills for problem-solving and troubleshooting
  • Experience in Customer Service and Technical Support roles, ideally you used to be an Odoo consultant and have in-depth understanding of companies business processes
  • Knowledge of Odoo software and related technical expertise is required, especially for the logistics modules
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
