Construction Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced
Construction Project Manager
to lead complex, high-value projects from initial planning through close-out. You will be the key point of coordination between clients, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring safe execution, on-time delivery, budget control, and top-quality results.

What you'll do

• Preconstruction
  : Define project strategies, budgets, and schedules; manage design coordination, permitting, procurement, and risk evaluation.
• Construction
  : Lead contractors and vendors on-site; oversee cost, schedule, quality, and change control; ensure smooth communication and reporting.
• Close-out
  : Drive final inspections, punch lists, and handover documentation; resolve outstanding issues and deliver accurate final project accounting.

What you'll need

• 10+ years' experience managing large, complex projects (data center experience is a plus).
• Strong expertise in full lifecycle Project Management.
• Solid knowledge of engineering principles, industry practices, and standards.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
