Functional Analyst Dynamics 365

Location
: 2 days on-site (Ghent or Brussels) + 3 days remote

About the Role

Join an agile Scrum team as a
Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant
and play a key role in implementing Dynamics 365 to replace existing software solutions. You'll bridge business needs with technical delivery, ensuring smooth collaboration between internal customers, developers, and architects.

Your Responsibilities

Primary tasks:

• Analyse business needs, prioritise requests, and co-design solutions in Dynamics 365
• Build and validate prototypes with internal stakeholders
• Translate requirements into actionable deliverables for developers
• Test delivered solutions and support customer validation
• Contribute to Scrum practices and team efficiency
• Potential to grow into
  Product Owner
  or
  Coach
  roles

Secondary tasks:

• Define & execute test scenarios, document results, and drive QA
• Solve testing issues and implement improvements
• Apply lessons learned and best practices in software development
• Share expertise through
  coaching & training
  junior colleagues

What We're Looking For

Technical skills:

• Expert knowledge of
  Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM, Sales, Servicing, Omnichannel)
• Experience with
  process modelling, user stories, acceptance criteria
• Tools:
  JIRA, SVN
• Methodologies:
  Agile, Object-oriented analysis

Non-technical skills:

• Strong communication & stakeholder management
• Excellent analytical & problem-solving abilities
• Solid project planning & coordination skills
• Leadership & coaching mindset (5+ years experience)
• Multilingual:
  French or Dutch (native), English (fluent)

Requirements

• Master's in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• Certified in
  Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
