At Securitas Technology, we are looking for a Sales Director who is more than a target achiever. This role is about leading through change, shaping strategy, and building a sales organization fit for the future.

You will play a key role in driving growth, strengthening client relationships, and redefining how we go to market in a dynamic and fast-evolving industry.

As Sales Director, you will work closely with the General Manager and senior leadership team to align commercial initiatives with business strategy. The position requires a mix of strategic vision and hands-on execution, ideal for a natural leader who inspires clarity, accountability, and results.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Growth

• Define and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities while managing the phase-out of legacy products.
• Drive business transformation initiatives consistently across the organization.
• Build and scale a sales organization that excels at prospecting and winning new clients.

Leadership & People Management

• Lead, inspire, and develop the sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth.
• Redefine team roles and responsibilities to ensure clarity and focus during organizational change.
• Act as a people-first leader who invests in coaching, mentoring, and professional development.

Client & Market Focus

• Strengthen client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction while driving profitable growth.
• Review, renegotiate, and challenge unprofitable contracts when needed.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to anticipate risks and identify growth opportunities.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee the complete sales cycle: from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and performance reporting to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing and product management on impactful go-to-market strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements.

Functie-eisen

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

• Experience:

• 8–10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• International B2B sales experience (security industry background is a plus).
• Experience working in a multinational, matrixed organization.
• Proven success in leading teams through change, transformation, and reorganization.
• Product management or go-to-market expertise is highly desirable.
