ServiceNow Architect

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled
ServiceNow GRC Architect
to join our team in Belgium. This is a
hybrid
role, requiring a minimum of 10 years of experience with ServiceNow, with a strong focus on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader capable of designing and implementing complex, enterprise-level GRC solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Job Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Architecture:
  Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end ServiceNow GRC solutions. You'll be responsible for creating technical and functional roadmaps that align with business objectives and ensure the solution is scalable, secure, and compliant with regulatory standards.
• GRC Module Expertise:
  Serve as the subject matter expert for the ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) suite. You'll architect, design, and configure core GRC applications, including:
• Policy and Compliance Management
• Risk Management
• Audit Management
• Vendor Risk Management (VRM)
• Business Continuity Management (BCM)
• Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership:
  Collaborate with key business stakeholders to gather and translate complex GRC requirements into actionable technical solutions. You'll lead technical teams, mentor junior architects, and provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Platform Optimization:
  Ensure solutions are built with ServiceNow best practices in mind, focusing on performance, maintainability, and upgradability. You will also oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using technologies like REST and SOAP APIs.
• Problem-Solving:
  Provide high-level troubleshooting and issue resolution for complex GRC-related challenges, ensuring the platform's integrity and performance.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and best practices to drive innovation and provide continuous value to the organization.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience
  in IT, with at least
  8+ years focused on ServiceNow
  architecture, development, and implementation.
• Expert-level proficiency in ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions.
  This is the core focus of the role, and hands-on experience in this area is mandatory.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture
  , including its core components, scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), and configuration.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering complex, enterprise-level GRC solutions.
• Strong understanding of industry security frameworks such as
  NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, and GDPR.
• Experience with
  ServiceNow integrations
  using various methods, including REST and SOAP.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  and
  Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance (CIS-RC)
  certifications are mandatory.
