Program Director

We are looking for an experienced
Program Director
to lead a multi-year transformation of core insurance platforms and target architecture. This role will drive the end-to-end delivery of new enterprise solutions, harmonised products, and streamlined business processes across multiple lines of business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full program lifecycle: strategy, design, planning, implementation, and roll-out.
• Oversee delivery of the new core platform and target architecture with minimal localisation.
• Manage senior stakeholders across business and technology, ensuring strong alignment with regional and global leadership.
• Direct multi-vendor solution delivery, balancing business requirements with technical complexity.
• Drive program governance, benefits realisation, and long-term capability building.
• Adapt delivery to evolving strategic priorities through proactive planning and communication.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven leadership of large-scale transformation programs within Insurance.
• Strong expertise in
  Insurance Architecture & Core Platform Delivery
  .
• Deep experience in
  Insurance Software Vendor Management
  (multi-vendor).
• Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to balance business fit and solution complexity.
