Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Account Manager located in Brussels. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for account growth. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing project delivery, coordinating with internal teams, providing clients with regular updates, and addressing any issues that arise. The role also involves analyzing client data to improve service offerings and participating in strategic planning sessions.

  • Project Management and Coordination skills
  • Analytical skills and Data Interpretation skills
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Sales and Business Development skills are a plus
  • Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the consultancy or talent management industry is a plus
