The company is scaling up its activities and wants to strengthen its HR foundations to support this growth in a sustainable way.
YOUR ROLE
- You are the go-to person for all HR topics.
- You manage and execute daily HR operations with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and employee experience.
- You provide guidance on payroll and labor law questions, without handling the operational payroll yourself.
- You lead the full recruitment process for a variety of roles. Recruitment will be a key part of your mission.
- You support initiatives that strengthen talent development, retention, and engagement.
- You work closely with management to align HR actions with the organization's growth priorities.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have solid experience as an HR generalist or HR Manager in a small or mid-sized organization.
- You are strong in recruitment and comfortable managing the entire process independently.
- You have a good knowledge of Belgian labor law and HR compliance.
- You are pragmatic, autonomous and structured.
- You communicate clearly and build trust easily.
- You are fluent in French and English.
