Description

• You establish regular telephone contact with customers to ensure effective follow-up;
• You manage the situations of customers who are slightly or moderately behind with their payments, not exceeding one to two months;
• You anticipate and avoid disputes and disagreements in order to maintain good relations with customers;
• You identify and propose appropriate solutions to payment problems encountered by customers.

Profile

• You have at least a high school diploma, with professional experience desirable;
• You are fluent in French and English, or are a Dutch speaker;
• You have a strong commercial orientation, demonstrating active listening skills, empathy and a focus on customer satisfaction;
• You value teamwork and collaborate effectively with colleagues;
• You are able to manage stress and maintain your performance in demanding situations;
• You are a critical thinker and have the ability to synthesize and analyze information;
• You seek challenges and are results-oriented.
