Mission
Sous la responsabilité du Manager Process, l'ingénieur process assure la mise sous contrôle des procédés de fabrication afin d'améliorer l'efficience opérationnelle du Laminoir à Froid de NLMK La Louvière.

En s'appuyant sur la stratégie établie, il/elle améliore la performance et la capabilité des lignes de productions ainsi que l'indicateur d'efficience opérationnelle (OEE : Overall Equipment Effectiveness) en collaboration avec l'équipe du LAF et les techniciens(nes).

Principales responsabilités

• Augmenter la capacité des lignes en analysant les temps de cycles et en stabilisant les process à l'aide d'outils d'analyses (systèmes IBA, ...).
• Piloter les projets d'amélioration de l'efficience opérationnelle avec un apport méthodologique (Lean Six Sigma).
• Suivre les indicateurs de performance des équipements et piloter les plans d'actions liés aux écarts de performance.
• Monitorer et réduire la consommation énergétique.
• Coordonner des groupes de travail multidisciplinaires (production/maintenance/qualité/techniciens/...) pour accroitre la performance et la productivité.
• Gérer les check-lists et paramètres process à suivre en production ainsi que les AMDEC process (AMDEC = analyse des modes de défaillance, de leurs effets et de leur criticité).
• Réaliser les analyses de risques produit, process et sécurité liés aux changement des méthodes de travail.
• Respecter et faire respecter les procédures de qualité, sécurité et environnement.
• Supporter les équipes opérationnelles de production et de maintenance.

Profile
Profil

• Ingénieur industriel ou civil.
• Au minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de process, production, maintenance ou amélioration continue.
• Bonnes connaissances de la méthode et des outils LEAN.
• Connaissances en change management (type PROSCI).
• Anglais écrit et parlé : B1 minimum.
