Key Responsibilities:

Application installation, configuration, and administration

Performance tuning, monitoring, and support

Incident, change, release, and problem resolution

Automation of admin procedures and documentation

Reporting on performance, capacity, and usage

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

9–10+ years of relevant professional experience

6+ years in IT infrastructure environments

5+ years in application administration

2+ years with Docker/Kubernetes

2+ years with Elasticsearch

Strong knowledge of ITIL appreciated

Bonus Skills
: Azure or AWS, DevOps, SQL
