Service description:

As a Junior Key Account Manager, you'll be part of the Front Office team, which supports Key Account Managers in responding quickly to customer needs, questions, and complaints and initiating improvement projects. The main responsibilities of the Front Office team are:

Update connection contracts:

• Supporting the Key Account Manager in drafting/updating/transferring connection contracts.

Connection requests and technical analyses:

• Supporting the Key Account Manager in following up on connection requests, including checking whether the technical requirements applicable to the connection in question are being met.

Technical analyses on incidents, power quality, load management...

• Query/complaint management: Supports the Key Account Manager and takes the necessary actions to provide the customer with the fastest and most appropriate response possible (advice, information, action, etc.).

Customer data management:

• Ensure that customer records are complete and accurate, possibly by asking additional questions of customers. Then, record the information in the appropriate systems and forward it to the relevant departments.

Improving, defining and digitizing processes and data:

• Based on experience, shortcomings are identified and improvements are proposed to adapt/define processes, products, services and tools, whereby the implementation of these improvements (in the tools) is supported up to the point of commissioning.

Additional requirements:

• You are an industrial, civil or commercial engineer.
• You have 0 - 5 years of experience.
• You speak fluent Dutch or French and have a good knowledge of the other language and English.
• You have a strong sense of responsibility, you can work independently and you have good organizational skills
