Microsoft 365 Expert

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with strong
technical and design expertise in Microsoft 365
(SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate) to support a strategic internal project. The goal is to
rebuild and unify our existing applications
into a single integrated solution that streamlines:

• Document management
• Internal and external collaboration
• Document workflows and automation

This is a
strategic, design-focused role
(not hands-on development) that will shape how our teams work and collaborate in the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the
  design and architectural vision
  for a unified M365-based solution.
• Provide
  expert guidance
  on Enterprise Content Management, Records Management, Document Management, and Collaboration best practices.
• Ensure seamless
  workflow integration
  across platforms using Power Automate and related tools.
• Partner with stakeholders to
  define requirements, align processes, and optimize user experience
  .
• Oversee the project implementation from a
  governance and design perspective
  , ensuring long-term scalability and adoption.

Skills & Experience

• Strong expertise in
  Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  : SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate.
• Deep knowledge of
  Enterprise Content Management, Records Management, Document Management, Workflow, and Collaboration
  .
• Proven experience in
  designing solutions
  that balance business needs with technical feasibility.
• Minimum
  6 years of professional experience
  in IT, with a focus on content and collaboration platforms.
• IT-related degree
  or equivalent professional background.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
