Mandatory Skills / Requirements

  • Valid
    driver's license and car

  • Strong
    Windows 10/11
    skills (use, configuration, troubleshooting).
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Office (2016/O365)

  • Basic
    Active Directory / user management
    .
  • Understanding of
    TCP/IP, VLANs, POE, Wi-Fi, horizontal cabling, 802.1x
    .
  • Basic IT hardware knowledge (PCs, printers, peripherals).
  • Familiarity with
    VPN, IT network topology, VM Ware, software virtualization
    .
  • Ticket management in a
    Helpdesk tool
    .
  • ITIL certification.
  • Analytical thinking, autonomy, client orientation, team spirit, solution-oriented mindset.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Basic knowledge of
    MS Visio, Adobe products
    .
  • Basic understanding of
    VOIP, videoconferencing, domotica (meeting rooms), smartphones, GPS
    .
  • Experience with
    staging hardware
    (user-oriented).
  • Flexible and proactive mindset.
