What you will be doing
You are responsible for analysing the needs of internal customers. You collect their questions, prioritise them, analyse them, search for the best possible solution together with the architect(s) and fellow analysts, design a prototype in Dynamics and have it validated by the internal customer
You pass on the validated requirements and prototype to the developers
You test out the delivered solution and then ask the customer to test and validate it
In cooperation with the other team members, you ensure that the team can work efficiently and independently according to the scrum principles
If you have experience as or are interested in a product owner role, we can look at evolving towards this
If you have extensive experience as an analyst, we can look at helping to coach junior analysts

Test the final solution as proposed to the end users
Document the test results
Solve testing problems and retest
Constant evolvement conducted in lessons learned after each milestone achieved
Put in practice the improvement actions and good practices of software development

Technical profile requirements
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement CRM
Strong experience with the configuration of Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM, Sales, Servicing and/or Omnichannel
Strong experience the main analysis tools: process modelling, user stories, acceptance criteria, etc.
Good knowledge of methodology: Agile, Object oriented
Good knowledge of tools: JIRA, SVN
