Senior Platform Engineer CICD Team

Location: Belgium

Start Date: 1 Sep 2025

End Date: 7+ months (Extendable)

Role Highlights:

• Design, develop, and maintain a self-service platform with standardized CI/CD, application, and IaC (Terraform) templates.
• Manage Backstage as the central portal for templates, automation, and paved paths.
• Integrate security and performance tooling into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with Cloud & Infrastructure teams for cloud-ready infrastructure templates.
• Identify automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Create and maintain documentation and provide guidance to development teams.

Requirements / Profile:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or similar roles.
• Strong CI/CD, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI knowledge.
• Experience integrating security and performance tools into pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum; Backstage experience is a plus.
• Telecom/large enterprise experience is advantageous.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
