Business Analyst

What will you be doing in this role?

• Analyze and document business requirements.
• Conduct business model analysis.
• Perform business process analysis.
• Model business processes.
• Analyze functional requirements and business cases.
• Support the creation of Business Cases, Vision Documents, Project Charters, and Security Plans.
• Provide advice on quality improvements.
• Assist in implementing project management methodologies.
• Plan Agile development and act as Scrum Master for the development team.
• Maintain documentation related to the information system.

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Master's degree with minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (or Bachelor's degree with minimum of 7 years of relevant experience).
• Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Scrum Master and Agile sprint planning experience.
• Proven experience with Atlassian collaborative tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira).
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate alternative solutions logically.
• Ability to deliver business and technical presentations.
• Solid understanding of requirements analysis in web applications environments.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Thorough understanding of Agile development workflows.
• Ability to write clear and structured technical documentation.
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English is required (B2 level).
