Project Manager Civil Maintenance

Project Manager building & construction maintenance
 with a passion for enhancing industrial structures and a strong ability to transform opportunities into actionable projects. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to lead initiatives that make a difference.

• You draft and manage multi-year maintenance plans (MJOPs), overseeing civil projects from concept to execution.
• You create cost overviews and analyze all maintenance notifications within your scope.
• You consult with stakeholders and make decisions on the best solutions.
• You develop solutions in collaboration with the execution team including designers and contractors.
• You critically evaluate proposed solutions for long-term sustainability.
• You coordinate between different levels and departments effectively.
• You report and monitor project status and associated risks.

What are we looking for?

• You hold an
  Engineering degree
  in civil or industrial engineering.
• You bring over
  7 years of experience
  as a Project Manager for industrial projects.
• You have experience as a
  Civil (Project) Engineer
  .
• You possess demonstrable experience with
  renovation/restoration
  on industrial sites.
• You have demonstrable experience in drafting and managing MJOPs.
• You have a strong technical background across various disciplines.
• You exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You are an excellent communicator.
• You demonstrate organizational talent and entrepreneurship.
• You maintain a proactive attitude: you seek out work without waiting for it to come to you.
• You have the ability to engage and motivate people effectively.
• You can work independently in a context with limited certainty.
• You hold a
  VCA certification for supervisors

• You are fluent in
  Dutch
  and
  English
  .
• Other languages are considered a plus.
