Industrialization Engineer

B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming a new
Industrialization Engineer
in our
Medical Devices
team.

As a
industrialization engineer
at B.E.S., you will ensure that the team is managed in a professional and sustainable way including achieving the ambitious global growth objectives. This function aims to secure standardization and optimization over the end-to-end processes.

Your responsabilities:

• Ensure availability, compliance, and lifecycle management of consumables, tools, and equipment to support safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
• Secure supply, define stock levels, oversee purchasing, and monitor validity/controls.
• Coordinate inspections, manage calibrated/shared tools, oversee preventive maintenance, and ensure data integrity in Service Max.
• Act as point of contact for equipment needs, manage material/component transfers, and coordinate CAPEX when required.
• Lead improvements in packaging and handling, including technical specifications.

Your profile:

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent (Bac+5).
• 5 years in
  managing equipment, tools, and consumables
  in regulated production (aerospace, automotive, pharma, etc.).
• Proven track record in
  regulatory compliance
  and periodic inspections.
• Strong knowledge of
  PPE and tooling lifecycle management.
• Proficient in calibration, preventive maintenance, and documentation control.
• Proficient in
  asset management and ERP systems
  (e.g., SAP, Service Max).
• Fluent in English
  (written and spoken); French is a plus
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Excellent
  interpersonal communication
  , with active listening
• Results-oriented
  with strong problem-solving abilities
