Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Solution Architect
to support a large-scale digital transformation initiative within a complex IT environment. You will be responsible for designing solutions in line with enterprise architecture standards, ensuring governance, and overseeing the integration of

Microsoft Dynamics 365 within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem
.

This role sits within the
Architecture & Innovation division
(part of a 450+ expert IT department) and requires strong collaboration with multiple architect domains (Application, Technical, Data, Infrastructure).

Key Responsibilities

• Design IT solutions that address both functional and non-functional business requirements, aligned with enterprise architecture principles.
• Contribute to the application landscape, consisting of
  on-premise, cloud, packaged solutions, and in-house Java development
  .
• Monitor the implementation of designed solutions and ensure architectural consistency.
• Document and communicate architectural decisions.
• Participate in
  architecture governance
  and support the creation of technical standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with Application, Data, Technical, and Infrastructure Architects to ensure end-to-end solution alignment.
• Translate business needs into system changes within the Dynamics + Azure ecosystem.
• Support the definition of
  Ways of Working
  for Solution & Application Architecture.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a
  Solution Architect
  with a strong focus on
  Microsoft Dynamics 365
  and its integration within
  Azure environments
  .
• Solid knowledge of
  enterprise architecture frameworks, solution governance, and digital transformation
  projects.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable, "fit for purpose" technical solutions.
• Familiarity with hybrid application landscapes (on-premise + cloud).
• Excellent collaboration skills, able to work across multiple architectural domains.
