Administrative Officer Cards and Payments


For a major player within the financial sector, we are looking for an administrative assistant to join the Back-Office Cards team. You will be responsible for the operational support of everything related to debit and credit cards. You will work daily with colleagues who are in direct contact with customers (agencies, call center, advisors) and support them with questions and files.

Description

  • You answer questions from internal employees (by phone and email) and provide them with support for card-related questions.
  • You administratively process customer requests related to debit and credit cards.
  • You follow up daily operational tasks and ensure that processes run smoothly.
  • You ensure correct and timely handling of files, with an eye for detail and quality.
  • You actively contribute to a quality service for both internal colleagues and end users.

Profile

  • You have previous experience in an administrative or back-office position, ideally in the banking or insurance sector
  • You are customer-oriented, discrete and work accurately
  • You have an analytical mind and think proactively
  • You communicate fluently in Dutch and understand French well
  • You are a real team player with a hands-on mentality
  • You learn quickly and can cope well with procedures and systems
