Cybersecurity Architect-Engineer (IT/OT Critical Infrastructure)

Do you have Proven expertise as a Cybersecurity Architect focusing on Industrial Control Systems (OT) and their interaction with traditional IT networks. We are looking for a colleague to join our team in Namur, hybrid.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise as a Cybersecurity Architect focusing on Industrial Control Systems (OT) and their interaction with traditional IT networks.
• Hands on experience with OT/IT Architecture
• Experience in Critical Infrastructure Security
• Strong proposal strength, results-oriented, while taking into account budgetary and operational constraints.
• Language(s): English(fluent), French (fluent)

Job Description:

• Define and improve secure architectures based on industry standards (IEC 62443 zones & conduits, DMZ, IAM IT/OT).
• Write and maintain comprehensive configuration and hardening standards for both IT and OT environments.
• Detailed Technical Design: Translate security standards into feasible technical plans (diagrams, firewall rules, SCADA logging).
• Diagnose and conduct in-depth technical analyses (root cause analysis) of security incidents.
• Provide advanced support to the OT Cybersecurity Technician during complex field interventions.
• Propose pragmatic compensatory measures for security issues in legacy OT environments.
• Guarantee the security of ITOT exchanges (DMZ, bastions, supervision).
• Ensure the consistent, secure integration of industrial systems with common IT services (identity, backups, supervision).
• Improve the current bastion architecture for secure remote access and dynamic network segmentation.
• Work with the Risk Analyst to translate risks into concrete, feasible security measures.
• Contribute to the preparation of specifications and integrate security clauses into new contracts.
• Produce clear diagrams, plans, and technical guides (operable by technicians and operators) and support knowledge transfer/training.
