We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Administrative Assistant to support our team in managing financial tasks and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Administrative Management:
Creation of Purchase Orders, budget management (Opex/Capex), analysis of monthly financial reports, accruals, cross-charges, and vendor invoice follow-ups. - Administrative Support:
Assistance with calendar management, travel arrangements, team events, and ad-hoc support for senior management. - Other Duties:
Timesheet error management, occasional ordering of catering and mobile expenses, and support with expense reports.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience with financial administration or similar tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and SAP (reporting)
- Strong communication skills in English and French is a must; Dutch is preferable
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
