Temporary General Accountant

Job introduction

We're currently looking for a
Temp General Accountant
with focus on payroll bookings to join our internal team and support our financial operations with precision, insight, and dedication. Could that be you?

The project would be from November until end of June.

What will you be doing?

As a General Accountant, you'll play a key role in ensuring our financial data is accurate, timely, and insightful. Your responsibilities will include:

• Booking payroll provisions
  (13th month, holiday pay, bonuses) and reconciling salary costs with our external provider.
• Monitoring payroll-related balance sheet positions and ensuring accurate reporting.
• Providing detailed
  payroll cost analysis
  and comparing figures against budget and previous years.
• Handling various accounting tasks, including supplier balance follow-up and GR (Goods Receipt) tracking.
• Booking invoices
  linked to specific categories and ensuring proper documentation.
• Supporting audit processes through preparation, justification, and documentation.

Is there a match?

We're looking for someone who brings both experience and energy to the table. Ideally, you:

• Have at least
  6 years of experience
  in an accounting department.
• Are familiar with
  SAP or S4/HANA
  , especially the purchase order and goods receipt processes.
• Are fluent in
  French
  , and either
  English or Dutch
  (English is a must).
• Have strong analytical skills and a good command of
  Excel
  (we rely on it for reporting).

This role is based in our office in Waver.
