Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:

Act as an expert on the project to implement a new PPMO tool:

• Help define and formalize needs.
• Participate in the development of the solution.
• Monitor the implementation.
• Be a source of proposals and participate in the improvement of project portfolio management and project management.
• Integrate the PMO team and participate in certain activities of the department: operational management of the project portfolio.

• PMO Tool Setup/Implementation
• Jira (Project Management Tool)
• Microsoft Project (PM Tool)
• MS Office Suite & Documentation Tools – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Distribution System Operator (DSO) experience is a plus
