Process Engineer Formulatie Support

Job description :

As a Process Engineer Formulation Support, the consultant provides support for existing processes and for the introduction of new products and processes within the formulation department.

Scope of work:

• Provide operational support by solving any process or equipment issues.

• Drive process improvements such as increasing capacity and reducing the number of breakdowns.

• Define priorities, plan activities, and coordinate further actions.

• Contribute to the development of an efficient process that fits within our department.

• Develop and share scientific and technical knowledge (regarding production technologies, quality requirements, safety, environment, etc.).

• Train and coach formulation operators.

• Develop and maintain technical and pharmaceutical procedures and work instructions.

• Co-responsible for the selection, purchase, start-up, and validation of new equipment.

• Manage projects, including communication, resource planning, budget planning, facility planning, business planning, front-end engineering, execution, and evaluation.

• Prepare validation documents (plans, protocols, reports), test methods, and equipment qualification. Experience and skills:

• Master’s degree in Bioengineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

• Strong analytical mindset.

• Problem solver.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong planning and organizational skills.

• Good command of Dutch and English.
