What you will learn as Sustainability intern:

  • Conduct research to understand current best practices for sustainability in the industry (both peer FMCGs and customers) and provide recommendations for integrating them into PepsiCo
  • Support in the creation and implementation of internal sustainability engagement initiatives to build overall employee pep+ literacy
  • Driving customer engagement and collaboration on sustainability through supporting sales colleagues in preparing the annual customer discovery sessions
  • Support in writing our quarterly Pepnews, to build engagement & excitement within the organization
  • Support in ongoing initiatives focused on integrating pep+ closer into our business strategy (e.g., scorecards, initiatives on packaging, value chain projects…)

Qualifications
Job essentials:

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Passion for personal and professional development related to sustainability
  • Eagerness to learn with an elevated level of motivation and drive.
  • Pro-active and curious attitude
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • Knowledge about recent evolutions in the broader Sustainability / ESG landscape is preferred
