Freelance DevOps Coach - Long Term - Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Coach to play a key role (together with the Leads) in harmonizing the way of working & practices between the Teams in the Credits cluster and potentially beyond. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding teams through process transformation, improving collaboration between development and operations, and promoting automation, CI/CD, and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Act as a coach and mentor to development, operations, and product teams on DevOps best practices.
• Assess current delivery processes and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency improvements.
• Support teams in implementing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing.
• Foster a DevOps culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and shared ownership.
• Deliver workshops, training sessions, and hands-on guidance on DevOps tools and practices.
• Help teams adopt cloud-native technologies and modern delivery frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to define DevOps maturity models and measure progress.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or DevOps Coach.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles, agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible, ARM, CloudFormation).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
