Finance Project Manager – Group-wide Controlling

We're looking for a Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives in Controlling & Performance Management at a European level.

Your mission:
Advance controlling practices → design innovative tools, set up budgeting standards, and improve methodologies.

Enhance performance management → develop frameworks with financial & non-financial KPIs, build PowerBI dashboards, and support decision-making with sharp analyses.

Capex controlling → coordinate a group-wide community, standardize processes, and consolidate budgets into a transparent overview.

What we're looking for:
Proven experience in strategic controlling or performance management.

Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering.

Advanced PowerBI skills (DAX, dashboard building).

Strong leadership in cross-functional & international projects.

Fluent in English (C1); German, French, or Dutch is a plus.

Analytical, proactive, and ready to drive results.
