We are looking for a dynamic and collaborative
HR Officer
to join our
Benelux & Nordics cluster
for a one-year mission.
The cluster covers six countries : Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and Norway , and brings together more than 200 employees across diverse functions. You will be part of a passionate HR team that supports this multicultural region, fostering connection, consistency, and employee well-being.
In this role, you will assist the HR Manager for the cluster with HR coordination, projects, and key HR activities. You will work on initiatives ranging from employee experience and engagement to HR reporting, presentations, and process alignment.
This position is ideal for someone who wants to experience the full spectrum of HR in an international, family-owned company — where collaboration, innovation, and care for people truly matter.
