We're looking for a
hands-on Site Manager
to take the helm of a maritime operations site in Zeebrugge managing maintenance and support services for specialized naval vessels.

As Site Manager, you'll be the driving force behind day-to-day operations, leading a team of over 100 skilled professionals while ensuring top-quality service, safety, and performance. You'll also play a key role in developing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee site operations, projects, and performance
• Manage budgets, reporting, and P&L responsibilities
• Lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team
• Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities
• Drive continuous improvement and uphold safety standards

Experience:

• Engineering background (Marine, Industrial, Civil – Electrical/Mechanical)
• 5+ years' experience in service delivery & team leadership
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven approach
• Trilingual in
  Dutch, French, and English
• Experience in ship maintenance or defence operations is a plus
