Job Description

You will be responsible for leading the technical team to ensure the optimal application of existing products and to provide technical training during new product launches. Acting as an innovator and inspirer, you translate emerging trends in sustainable construction into product solutions for the Benelux market. In addition, you will play a key role in the smooth integration of a new product division into the Benelux organization.

• Provide technical expertise and service to professional manufacturers, focusing on training, production, and installation efficiency.
• Support key customers and prospects together with the technical sales engineers.
• Organize technical sessions for fabricators, installers, and specifiers.
• Oversee technical certifications and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Translate market and sustainability trends into new product requirements.
• Coordinate trade fairs, showrooms, and demo materials in collaboration with marketing.
• Foster technical excellence and knowledge sharing within the Benelux team.
• Manage customer complaints and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Profile

• Industrial Engineer or equivalent through relevant experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Broad knowledge of the construction industry, preferably with in-depth expertise in joinery, façade applications, etc.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with in- and external stakeholders.
• Ability to understand a CAD plan.
• Fluent in Dutch, English & French.
• Reports directly to the Managing Director Benelux.
