Your impact
What the tasks will be: You will become part of PwC's Advisory Management Consulting team, closely working together with international clients from strategy through execution, helping them to identify disruptive new growth initiatives and bring them to reality. You will act in various roles that help our clients to  

  • define their ambitions & strategy,
  • ideate and innovate on new solutions and
  • set up and run the programs to realize and operate these solutions,
  • contributing to client relationship management and to service offering and practice development.

As a Fit For Growth Manager, you'll make an impact by:
Strategy & Innovation:

  • Work with our clients to jointly define the transformational vision and strategy in areas such as sales & marketing, operations and / or supporting functions, in line with their overall business strategy;
  • Leveraging our BXT (Business, eXperience & Technology) methodology to identify new and innovative ideas that can help our clients achieve step-change growth;
  • Translate these ideas into business cases and concepts and develop the implementation roadmaps that help our clients translate ideas into reality.

Large & Complex Program Management:

  • Be part of the set-up, management and delivery of the business transformation programs that translate these ideas into real businesses that realize impact on key value metrics for the client;
  • Help to guide the teams of experts to identify, implement, roll-out and operate the solutions, including system, operating model, process, etc. – hereby making sure that operational, tax and legal aspects of the solution are properly aligned to ensure sustainability;
  • Bringing digital transformation into practice: Bring outside-in point of views on how various technologies can enable processes.

Project management:

  • Manage, monitor and direct PwC teams on these engagements across different industries;
  • Ensure that engagement deadlines and quality expectations are met;
  • Achieve a successful performance by effectively working with client resources, learn and understand their organization and come to a tailored solution;
  • Analyze the impact of the changes on the clients' operations and work with our change experts to develop a change management approach enabling a successful implementation and sustained results.

Client relationship management:

  • Maintain communication with clients to manage expectations and build a long-term relationship with them;
  • Play an active role in business development by identifying, approaching, attracting and retaining new clients.

PwC service offering and practice building:
Participate in workshops to develop innovative service offerings, based on your procurement knowledge and client experiences; 

Contribute to thought leadership and represent PwC at important marketing events or seminars; 

Manage, develop, train and mentor the supervised teams and assess their performance. 

About you
You are a profile with strong experience / expertise in domains such as Sales & Marketing, Operations & Supply Chain, Digital, Innovation, ESG, Product and/or Service Design, etc. 

  • Master in Economics, Engineering, Business administration, Sciences or comparable by experience;
  • Minimum 4 - 6 years of professional experience (of which preferably at least 3 years in Consulting) in areas such as Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain & Operations, Digital, Innovation, Product and/or Service Design;
  • Experience and/or insights into problem solving methodologies such as Design Thinking;
  • Experience in agile and agile-at-scale delivery methodologies in both a business and technology context;
  • Experience in Operating Model Design;
  • An affinity to customer / end-user viewpoints when identifying and designing value initiatives;
  • A proactive attitude and strong drive to deliver high quality work independently;
  • A client centric mindset with strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Project management, change management, presentation and communication skills;
  • You are fluent in English, Dutch and/or French are a plus;
  • Experience in collaborating with teams, leading small teams & developing people;
  • Flexibility to work in different environments and to easily acquire new skills and expertise;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a drive and desire to deliver top quality service to clients.
