ServiceNow Solution Architect (ITSM & CSM)

Contract: 6 Months (Freelance, with extensions)

Location: Brussels based, 1 day per week on site

Start Date: ASAP (flexible up to a month)

About the Role

An excellent opportunity for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join a global digital transformation consultancy leading a major ServiceNow ITSM and CSM implementation for an enterprise client.

You’ll take ownership of solution architecture and design, ensuring the platform is scalable, secure, and aligned with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the ServiceNow architectural blueprint across ITSM and CSM.
• Lead design workshops and translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Oversee configuration, customization, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Provide technical governance, best practices, and mentoring to delivery teams.
• Ensure platform performance, scalability, and adherence to ServiceNow standards.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect on enterprise-scale implementations.
• Deep understanding of ITSM, CSM, and ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Strong background in integration design (REST/SOAP, MID Server, etc.).
• Familiarity with ITIL and enterprise service management frameworks.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS–ITSM/CSM, CAD, CTA) highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
