Role Overview:

As a Business Intelligence (BI) Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients unlock the potential of their data. You will work on a variety of projects across different industries, focusing on improving decision-making processes, enhancing reporting capabilities, and developing data-driven strategies. You will collaborate closely with both internal teams and clients to ensure that data is collected, structured, and visualized in a way that drives value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to understand their business objectives, data landscape, and reporting needs.
• Design and implement end-to-end BI solutions using Power BI — from data modeling to interactive dashboarding.
• Translate complex datasets into clear insights and visuals that support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Engineering, AI, Architecture) to optimize data models and reporting pipelines.
• Advise clients on best practices in data quality, governance, and performance optimization.
• Stay ahead of the curve by exploring the latest BI and data visualization technologies.
• Contribute to project delivery, ensuring high-quality results within scope and timeline

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Power BI. Proficiency in QLik, SQL and data modeling techniques
• Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and teams
• A passion for problem-solving and a detail-oriented approach
• Team player with a collaborative mindset
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
• A good communication knowledge of Dutch & English
