Group Head IT & Digital

As Head of IT & Digital, you are responsible for elevating the entire IT and digital organization to a higher and future-proof strategic level within the company. The ultimate goal is to create value for the business. You report directly to the CFO at group level. Your responsibilities are:

You provide strategic leadership and vision to drive the IT & Digital department toward achieving its goals and long-term objectives:

• Defining and implementing a strong innovative vision for both applications and infrastructure within the organization;
• Setting the right priorities and projects to optimize business value creation;
• Through strong stakeholder management, you ensure cross-functional teams operate effectively and deliver the right projects. You act as a business partner for the countries and think along with the business’ needs.

You steer innovation and data into the organization to go to the next level:

• Inspiring and encouraging cross-functional teams within the organization to offer the most innovative solutions and services to clients;
• Networking and staying up to date with the latest market trends in areas such as data and AI, and translating these into strategic objectives and projects to create significant added value and growth for both the organization and its clients.

You lead, develop and manage the IT team:

• Leading, motivating, challenging, and further developing a team of around 10 people;
• Acting as a knowledgeable sounding board for the team, both in terms of applications and infrastructure.

Here’s your profile:

• You hold a Master’s degree;
• You have at least 5 years of experience in a leadership management position;
• You are used to working in fast-growing, dynamic, and high-paced environments;
• You are a strong and pragmatic people manager;
• You are driven by strategy and innovation, but also enjoy being hands-on and working as a team player;
• You are fluent in Dutch and English;
• You are results-oriented, solution-focused, and possess an entrepreneurial mindset;
• Networking and staying on top of trends energize you.
