Location: Brussels (HQ), Belgium

We're seeking a Security Project Manager to lead and deliver cybersecurity and IT integration projects within a dynamic operational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple IT and cybersecurity projects.
• Collaborate with architecture and security teams to ensure secure-by-design implementations.
• Apply Prince2/PMP and Agile/Scrum methodologies to monitor scope, risk, budget, and compliance.
• Align project delivery with ISO27001, NIS2, and CIS Controls™.
• Lead steering committees and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Oversee project closure and ensure sustainability of solutions.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years in IT project management, including cybersecurity and infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of ISO27001, CIS Controls™, and security governance.
• Experience with Patch Management, Vulnerability Management, and Privileged Access Management.
• Fluent in French, and English. Ideally fluent in Dutch.
• Project management familiarity with Azure DevOps, .NET, Docker, Kubernetes, and Windows/Linux environments.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in industrial environments.
• Certifications in Prince2, PMP, Agile/Scrum.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud services, Ansible, Powershell, and Windows DSC.
