Digital Marketing Intern – Global Marketing Programs

Join Donaldson's dynamic Global Marketing team, where you'll play a key role in supporting digital programs that connect our brand with customers around the world. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, gain exposure to international marketing operations, and contribute to real business initiatives that make an impact. We are looking for an intern that can be engaged for at least 3 months or more (this can be in combination of an internship + student worker)

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on support for global marketing programs, including automation, sales enablement, social media, and website operations, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Assist in creating training materials, guides, and documentation to support new program rollouts and onboarding activities.
  • Help track performance metrics, gather data, and prepare reports to evaluate program effectiveness and inform future actions.
  • Conduct research and gather insights on marketing tools and best practices to improve ongoing initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, communications, and sales teams to ensure smooth coordination and consistent messaging.
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute ideas.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Familiarity with digital tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Highspot, Adobe AEM, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
  • Previous internship or coursework experience related to marketing, communications, or digital project coordination.
