Partner Development Assistant / Sales Trainee
to join our team and gain hands-on experience in B2B sales and partnership management in a fast-paced, young, and international environment.
What You'll Do
As a core member of the sales team, you'll actively contribute to our partner and customer acquisition strategy. You will help to:
- Support partner relationship management:
 assist in identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with strategic partners and resellers.
- Conduct market research:
 identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential partners.
- Collaborate on sales materials:
 help prepare presentations, one-pagers, and case studies tailored to potential partners.
- Assist in CRM management:
 maintain partner and lead data accuracy, follow up on ongoing opportunities, and support reporting activities.
- Coordinate with Marketing:
 align sales and marketing efforts to develop joint campaigns, events, and co-marketing opportunities.
- Support event participation:
 help organize and prepare for partner meetings, trade shows, and industry events across Europe.
What You'll Learn
You'll get hands-on experience in how a growing tech company builds partnerships and develops sales opportunities. You'll gain practical skills in:
- B2B sales strategy and partner management.
- Negotiation and relationship-building.
- CRM and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

Who You Are
- Currently studying 
 Business, Sales, Marketing, Communication
 , or a related field.
- Tech Savvy with a keen interest for retail technologies (POS, CRM, PSP,etc)
- Curious, proactive, and goal-oriented
 , with a strong interest in B2B sales and partnership development.
- Fluent in English and French
 (Dutch is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with digital tools (CRM, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of HubSpot or similar is a plus).
