B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming a new Quality Manager in our aeronautics team.
As a Quality Manager at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organisation focused on innovation.
Your responsibilities :
- You manage customer complaints,
- You coordinates all activities related to customer complaints (processing, determining responsibility, quality investigations such as 9S, 8D, QRQC, or similar).
- You organize and participate in internal audits,
- You are responsible for project deliverables and monitoring customer requirements.
- You are responsible for quality reporting: writing, communication (internal and external),
- You manage customer satisfaction surveys,
Your profile :
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in quality,
- You have at least one experience in the aero sector (aerospace and aeronautics),
- You have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in an industrial environment,
- You have already managed quality or industrial projects.
- You have a good knowledge with the quality tools as 8D, Ishikawa, FMEA, control/monitoring plan, First Article Inspection…
- You are familiar with the EN9100,
- Fluency in English is required,
